Central Georgia teen accepted into Yale Young Global Scholar Summer Program

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Georgia Teen Donald Williams III has been accepted to participate in the 2024 Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) Summer Program for outstanding high school students.

Donald is currently a rising senior at Howard High School. This highly selective program offers an innovative, intense summer experience for talented high school students.

Donald will participate in the Innovations in Science & Technology session that runs from July 7 - July 19. Upon completion of this 2-week program, Donald will return home to continue and complete his high school/secondary school studies. Donald also recently participated in the Ireland Study Abroad Program.
